When you click on a collection in the Explore section (either from the Public or Shared with Me tabs), you'll see several key details:
Collection Overview
- The Name and Description provide context about the collection.
- Origin: This includes the source table and data source information.
- Column Count: Displays the number of columns included in the collection.
Action Buttons
Depending on the collection type (Public or Shared with Me), you’ll see the relevant action buttons:
- Public Collections: Includes Query and Copy Link buttons.
- Shared with Me Collections: Includes the Query button and the option to Remove My Access, but lacks the Copy Link option.
Tabs
- Data Tab: Lists all columns available for querying within that collection, along with their data types.
- Query Tab: Here, you can input your SQL query and execute it against the collection. If you're unfamiliar with SQL, there's a built-in SQL Builder to assist you in constructing your query.
When you run your SQL query in the Query Tab, a modal will appear displaying the results of your query. In this modal, you will also see the View Query History action button, which allows you to access and review your past queries.
