Introduction to Provably Docs
Welcome to the official home of Provably’s technical documentation. Here, you’ll find all the resources you need to navigate and fully leverage the platform.
At its core, Provably V1 is a middleware solution that enables aggregate SQL queries over databases to return verifiable results without revealing any sensitive information. Provably V2 in development will support general purpose Verifiable SQL and more (to be released in Feb 2025).
We have built a platform to manage and orchestrate the many use cases of the Provably middleware. The platform provides a user interface and API tools for account management, middleware management, data collections, natural language to SQL queries, and tools for proving and verifying queries.
Provably Middleware V1 enables data owners to allow analytics over their local data for apps and other insight seekers. This feature enables the creation of verifiable analytics networks, so data owners and insight seekers can collaborate securely over distributed private data. Industries from crypto and AI to healthcare and advertising networks can make smarter decisions with verifiable compute over private data.
Core Features in Provably V1
- Verifiable Analytics: Execute SQL queries with cryptographic proofs that guarantee correctness, completeness, and membership.
- Natural Language Querying: Query data using plain English for intuitive interaction.
- Data Privacy: Keep raw data secure through SQL aggregate functions and configurable privacy thresholds.
- Seamless PostgreSQL Integration: Connect to PostgreSQL databases and integrate with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker via APIs.
- Custom table, SQL Lite & MySQL integrations: Available upon request.
- Supported aggregations include: SUM, COUNT, AVG, MEDIAN, MIN, MAX, VARIANCE, STDDEV
