Creating a Network
Networks are shared spaces where multiple organizations can collaborate on specific data collections.

- Identity: Upload a network image and provide a Network Name.
- Handle: Choose a unique Network Handle to identify the workspace across the platform.
- Purpose: Use networks to group related collections and organizations together for collective querying.
Sharing Collections
Once a network is established, you can populate it with data from your existing collections.

- Add Collections: Select which of your collections to share within the network.
- Private Data Sharing: You can add Private collections to a network. This allows other network participants to query that specific data without you having to make the collection "Public" to the entire platform.
- Granular Control: You can enable or disable specific collections within the network at any time to manage what is currently accessible to participants.
Inviting Participants
A network is only as powerful as its members. You can invite other entities to join your shared space.

- Invite Organizations: Search for other organizations by their handle or name to invite them to the network.
- Manage Roles: Track the status of invitations—see who has already Joined and who is currently Invited.
- Collaborative Access: Once an organization joins, they gain access to query the collections you have shared within that specific network.
